We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return any unopened products to us and we will gladly refund you.
All Pricing is based in $US. International Shipping is undertaken by registered courier service with DHL International. Product will reach you within 4-10 days after confirmation of online payment. We ship by DHL within 24-72 hours from the confirmation of payment. Duration of delivery may differ from country to country. Also, local customs process can be a cause of delay which we cannot control. Customer is responsible for any customs tariffs or charges. If customer address is entered incorrectly by customer which results in undelivered products, customer may have to pay additional delivery charges. PLEASE do not use Post Office boxes. This gaurantee is valid for 60 days
Refund Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 60 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
- Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. If delivery address is entered incorrectly by customer which results in problems with delivery additional charges may apply.
- Return unacceptable when any product has been opened.
- Pls note that damage on package Box may happen due to shipping.
